Rental of the Activity Center includes the use of tables, chairs, and kitchen facilities. All rentals are subject to review and approval by the Gem of the Hills board of directors. Additional details and all forms can be downloaded below. (You will need a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat to open these files.) Please complete a Rental Contract. Nonprofit organizations, 501(c)(3) or equivalent, should complete and submit the Nonprofit Rental Form.
A Rental Checklist Sheet, for either the Activity Center or Pavilion (depending upon which one you are renting), should be completed at the end of your rental.

NOTES:
1 . If you pay your deposit by credit or debit card, the deposit will include a non-refundable convenience fee. To avoid this fee, you may pay by check, by mail or in person at the Gem office,.

2. Deposits (minus any costs due to damages or excessive cleanup) will be refunded by check following your event.

3. Any misrepresentation of the purpose of the event or failure to follow all rules and guidelines will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the barring of your group from future rentals.
