Full Body Fit
Try this class if you’re looking for a full body workout including light resistance training and low-impact cardio, but modified for troublesome joints. $5 with Gem Membership. Check the calendar for class times.

Intermediate class with a mix of fast moving strength and core fitness training. Take it up or down to your current level. Check the calendar for class times.

Beginner to advanced students will get a great cardio workout. The moves included in step class target legs, upper body, and core building strength & flexibility with additional improvement to balance, coordination and agility. Mondays and Fridays at 8:00 am. Check the calendar for class changes.

Total Body Strength
Arrive early for this 45-minute strength class. We’ll focus on building total-body strength while reinforcing proper form. Each session targets all major muscle groups, including core work and stretching, for a well-rounded and balanced workout.
